Peter has been a Ballroom dancer since the age of six and has competed at high levels in both Ballroom and Latin couples and formation team dancing. More recently he has been a teacher at a local Ballroom Dancing school in West London. He is also trained in other forms of dance and was a backing dancer at a Christmas special at the Palladium Theatre in the West End of London.
Peter was privileged to be National Coordinator of the Christian Dance Fellowship of Britain (ICDF Britain) for five years.
Using techniques taken primarily from Ballroom and Latin Formation Team dancing we will explore how to create shapes and move through different shapes seamlessly. Though used in Ballroom and Latin the principles and ideas can very easily be transferred to other forms of dance.
